General Information

Where is the boat located?
All cruises depart from either Seacrets Hideaway Bar or the Seacrets Main Area. Your confirmation email will include detailed boarding instructions, and our Cruise Team representatives will be on-site to assist guests upon arrival.

What is the boat’s capacity?
Our larger vessel is certified by the U.S. Coast Guard to carry up to 45 passengers. Our smaller vessel is certified to carry to 35 passengers.

Are there any age requirements for the cruises?
Guests must be 21+ to board, except on Family & Friends cruises, private charters, or when otherwise noted. Children must comply with Seacrets’ guidelines and remain with their guardians at all times before and after the cruise.

  • A valid ID is required for alcohol purchases and will be checked prior to boarding. Alcohol is only served to guests 21 and older.

Onboard Amenities & Policies

Is there a restroom on board?
Yes, there is a restroom on board. However, we encourage guests to use the facilities on land before boarding.

Is there a bar on board?
Yes! We offer a full bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. No outside beverages are permitted. Guests must finish any drinks before boarding.

Are drinks included in the ticket price?
Drinks are not included—since not everyone drinks alcohol, we keep them optional! You can purchase your favorite beverages onboard, with a full selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. The bar accepts both cash and credit cards.

Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is not permitted on board.

Can I bring pets on board?
Only ADA-recognized service animals are permitted on board.

Do I need to tip the crew?
Our crew works hard to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Tips are greatly appreciated!

Check-In & Boarding

How early should I arrive for my cruise?
Guests are encourages to check in at our Ticketing Counter (refer to your confirmation email for specific instructions) at least 30 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in, ID verification, and wristband distribution.

Cancellations & Weather Policy

Inclement Weather Policy: 

We do our best to contact our guests as early as possible to let you know if we will be unable to operate any of our scheduled tours due to unsafe weather conditions, unforeseen technical issues, passenger minimums, etc.. If there is a light rain we will still go out as our Catamaran is 75% covered. If you have not received a call and/or email from us prior to boarding you can assume your tour has not been cancelled. Please understand that our crew monitors the weather closely. We will contact you! All weather cancellations will receive a FULL REFUND OR RESCHEDULE! 

Cancelation Policy:

If You Cancel: Cancellations made up to 7 days before your scheduled cruise are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled to another date. Cancellations within 7 days of the cruise may be rescheduled or receive a credit for a future trip. This policy does not apply to Private Charters.

Trip Protection: Guests who purchased trip protection upon booking may receive a full refund up to one hour prior to cruise departure, less the cost of the trip protection and any processing fees.

If We Cancel: We closely monitor weather conditions, passenger counts, and other factors to ensure the safety and quality of every cruise. If a cruise does not meet the minimum number of passengers, weather conditions make sailing unsafe per Coast Guard regulations, or other factors prevent departure, we will notify you  as soon as possible using the phone number or email provided at booking. In the event of a cancellation, you may reschedule for another date or receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Light rain will not cancel a cruise, as our catamaran is 75% covered. If you have not received notification prior to boarding, you can assume your cruise is operating as scheduled. Be sure to check your texts, voicemail and email prior to leaving for your cruise to ensure you are aware of any last-minute updates.

Trip Protection: Guests who purchased Trip Protection will receive a full refund, including the cost of the cruise, any processing fees, and the Trip Protection fee if we cancel the cruise.

Is there a minimum number of passengers required for a cruise to depart?
Yes, a minimum number of passengers is typically required. However, cancellations due to low passenger count are rare. If a cruise must be canceled, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative departure time, credit, or refund.

Is swimming allowed?
No, passengers are not permitted to disembark the vessel. Jumping or swimming is strictly prohibited by U.S. Coast Guard regulations and may result in fines.

Parking & Transportation

Where can I park?
Parking is available in the Seacrets parking lot. Additionally, public transportation, Ubers, and taxis are readily available throughout Ocean City. We strongly encourage guests to drink responsibly and utilize safe transportation options.

Safety & Emergency Information

In an emergency, will someone be able to reach me while the boat is out?
Yes, our vessel stays close to shore and remains within cell phone range throughout the cruise.
