Check-in details
Boarding Time: 30 minutes before departure
- Arrival at Seacrets:
Upon arriving at Seacrets’ main entrance, guests will be directed to our on-site Cruise Coordinators at the designated ticketing area. - Ticketing & Dock Access:
Our Cruise Coordinators will assist with any questions and direct you to the dock. Once at the dock, guests will check in again with the boat crew using their reservation details. All passengers must present a valid ID to board.

- Smoking/vaping is not allowed onboard.
- Pets are not permitted onboard (ADA recognized service animals are welcome).
- Children must be supervised at all times.

Alcohol Policies
- This is not a BYOB cruise. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on our cruises.
- Drinks are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased onboard.
- Guests must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
- The bar accepts cash, credit card and mobile pay.
INTOXICATION POLICY
We reserve the right to deny boarding to any guest who appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behavior. No refunds will be issued in these cases. Your safety—and the safety of our crew and other guests—is our top priority. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Is there seating?
All seating is first-come, first-serve. We typically have enough seating for all passengers, but please let our crew know upon arrival if there are any concerns or accommodations needed. We encourage everyone to mingle throughout the cruise and there is plenty of room for dancing!
Do I tip the crew?
Our staff works very hard to ensure a safe and fun cruise for everyone. So please show your appreciation by tipping!
Is food provided?
Light snacks (such as chips and pretzels) are available for purchase onboard. Outside food is not permitted. We highly recommend reserving a table at Seacrets before or after your cruise to complete your experience!
